My heart goes out to all those who have either lost a family member or a friend in this most incredible tragedy.

Recently, while scanning the shelves at a local used bookstore, I came across a book titled: "Windows on the World Complete Wine Course" by Kevin Zraly, located on the 107th floor of the World Trade Center. It is full of signatures on the inside and back cover, possibly those of people who had their offices there. If anyone knows or would like to have more information, please contact me.

I was so afraid. I didn't know what to do. I was just lost. Peace be with you.

I was visiting NYC and stayed at my brother's in Poughkeepsie. On 9/11 I was going with the Metro-North train to Grand Central Station. I left at 9 am and the train stopped in the middle of nowhere at about 10. Stayed at that unknown town for an hour to catch a train back to Keepsie. At that time, I couldn't believe what they said about the terrorist attacks and all. But when I saw on the telly what just happened, I was stunned and cried. The next day I went to Manhattan, although most part of the city was close, and New York City was in grief. For me personally, it was an unforgetable memory. And I have to say, New York City was and is incredible! It's still the greatest city on earth. They can't tear this nation and its people apart! GOD be with us, GOD bless America!

I remember September 11th. we were taking the GQE,Graduation Qualifying Exam, or Istep depending on what grade you're in. We tested that day until 10:15 or 10:30 and when the princapal came over the annoucements he told us all that America was attacked by terrorists and that the world trade center towers in New York wer destroyed. We had a moment of silence but shortly afterward people in that class disturbed me they were not upset that this happened to America. A couple of minutes later my dad came and got me and i spent the day, until i went to work, with my family. I spent 30 minutes at work my manager told me to go home if she had a kid she wouldn't have her kids come to work tonight. I went home and spent time with my brother who on December 10th left for the Marine Corp.

I was in my living room watching CNN and talking to my son in El Paso, TX, who is in the Army. He was saying "mom, we've just been attacked by terroists" when the second plane hit. I live in a small town in central IN and today I cannot understand what they did or why they did it. It is beyond what I have the scope to understand. Kathy Cox, Shelburn, IN
